RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At 11:11 Essentials, we take pride in providing quality products, exceptional customer service, and a shopping experience built on trust. We value every customer and strive to handle all concerns fairly, professionally, and efficiently.

By placing an order with 11:11 Essentials, you agree to the policy outlined below.

RETURN WINDOW

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within the 7-day timeframe. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be approved.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Original tags must remain attached
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
Items must be free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, smoke, pet hair, or damage
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival.

11:11 Essentials reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

Beauty products
Fragrances / Perfume
Accessories
Bodysuits
Swimwear
Undergarments
Sale or clearance items
Customized or personalized products

Due to hygiene, safety, and inventory standards, no exceptions will be made for final sale items.

RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was received
The item arrived damaged
A verified fulfillment error occurred on our behalf

Prepaid return labels are not provided for standard returns.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. 11:11 Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or untracked return packages.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns that fail inspection may be rejected and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

At this time, exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited inventory and high-demand products.

However, exchange requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on:

Product availability
Condition of the returned item
Timing of the request
Order history

In certain situations, approved customers may be offered:

A size exchange
Store credit
Replacement item options

At 11:11 Essentials, we genuinely care about our customers and want every shopping experience to feel valued and supported. While all policies are enforced to protect our business, inventory, and community, we also believe in resolving issues professionally and fairly whenever possible.

Store credit, accommodations, or alternative resolutions are offered strictly at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging if applicable

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in the request being denied.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, order cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
