Shipping policy

Orders for items that are currently in stock are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, it will be treated as a pre-order. Pre-order items typically ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Pre-order items are pieces that are not immediately available for shipment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing time of up to 3 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver high-demand items.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. During high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
